Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis met today with the Co-CEO of Netflix Ted Sarandos, at Maximos Mansion.
During their meeting, the Prime Minister presented the vision of the Greek government regarding the audiovisual sector. It was stressed that the government acknowledges the economic and cultural value of the sector, as well as the opportunity it offers to promote and showcase Greece on the world stage.
The meeting was also attended, from the Greek side, by the Minister of State and Digital Governance Kyriakos Pierrakakis, the Deputy Minister of Culture and Sports, responsible for Contemporary Culture Nicholas Yatromanolakis, the Secretary-General of Digital Governance and Simplification of Procedures Leonidas Christopoulos and the Chief Economic Advisor to the Prime Minister Alexis Patelis.
