Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis met this morning, at Maximos Mansion, with John Sarbanes, Member of U.S. House of Representatives and distinguished representative of the Hellenic – American community.
During the meeting, the Prime Minister warmly thanked Mr Sarbanes for his valuable contribution in supporting and promoting Greek positions in decision-making centers in the US.
They both concluded that Greece has become a pillar of stability and security and a transport hub in the wider region. Finally, they stressed that the bilateral relations between Greece and the US have reached a historically high level and that the strategic cooperation between the two sides has been significantly reinforced.
