Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis met with the Secretary-General of the United Nations António Guterres, on the sidelines of the 80th Session of the UN General Assembly.
During the meeting, they discussed issues of international and regional interest, with an emphasis on Ukraine, the Middle East, and Libya.
The Prime Minister expressed his appreciation for Mr. Guterres’ efforts to resume talks on the Cyprus issue, ahead of tomorrow’s Trilateral Meeting to be held in New York under the UN Secretary-General.
