Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis met with Michael Kratsios, Assistant to the US President and Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, in New Delhi on the sidelines of the AI Impact Summit.
During the meeting, the prospects for cooperation between Greece and the US in the field of technology and artificial intelligence were discussed, as well as EU-US relations in the field of technology.
They also examined the issue of the regulatory framework regarding the impact of artificial intelligence on society. The Prime Minister made special reference to the need to protect minors on the internet.
The prospect of the Public Power Corporation creating an AI giga factory in Western Macedonia was also discussed.
