Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis had a telephone conversation a short while ago with the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
During their telephone conversation, they discussed the latest developments in Iran, the broader Middle East region, and particularly in Lebanon.
The Prime Minister stressed the need for de-escalation and diplomacy, pointing out that any progress in the dialogue could contribute decisively to regional stability and to strengthening energy security.
