Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis met with the Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology of the United Arab Emirates, Sultan Al Jaber, at Maximos Mansion.
During the meeting, the excellent relations between the two countries were reaffirmed, as was the mutual desire to further deepen the strategic partnership between Greece and the United Arab Emirates, following the Prime Minister’s most recent meeting with the country’s President, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in Abu Dhabi last May.
In this context, the prospects for strengthening economic and investment cooperation and Greece’s role as an energy gateway to Europe were discussed.
Furthermore, they exchanged views on regional developments and on the shared commitment of Greece and the United Arab Emirates to stability and security in the broader region.
